走一趟值得《電影拍攝聖地巡禮》親自走一遭大明星待過的地方~嗯！真香 | 葉羊報報

原汁原味的內容在這裡我們過去跟大家分享過不少動漫、「電影拍攝聖地巡禮」的文，有不少熱情的粉絲，會特別考究作品中的場景，只要是實地取材拍攝有機會都會走上一遭，今天分享的內容是IG帳戶「steppingthroughfilm」所分享出來的內容，他走遍英國、美國等電影拍攝過的地點，站在與畫面同一個位置的方向拍照，不但滿足了好奇的心，同時畫面也告訴了我們，之前的這裡也就是大明星曾待過的地方呢英國諾里奇（Norwich）的賽恩斯伯里視覺藝術中心（Sainsbury Visual Art），位於英格蘭諾里奇的東英吉利大學校園內。該建築收藏了世界藝術品，是由建築師Norman Foster和Wendy Cheesman設計的首批主要公共建築之一，於1978年竣工這裡就曾經拍攝過電影復仇者聯盟，除了實地就跟電影中表現的一樣大以外(就算當成停機坪也不奇怪)，還有這裡的餐廳也曾是取景的一處地方 ▼位於英格蘭東南區牛津市的牛津大學，就是哈利波特曾經取材拍攝的場地在 Instagram 查看這則貼文“Mr. Weasley...” • We all need a little magic in our lives! Out of all the Harry Potter scenes and I choose this one? There’s so many to pick from but this certainly one of my favourite moments in the series. Oxford University is home to many, many little Harry Potter locations - it’s the closest thing to walking through the real Hogwarts! I chose this part of The Goblet of Fire (2005) because it’s a scene with personality. Amongst all the magic, mayhem, wonder, and illusions it’s a scene that’s full of one word: humanity. It shines a beacon of light onto the Wizarding world having similar qualities to ours, and if that’s the case then I like to think that our world could be a little like theirs; magical and full of adventure ???? • @wbtourlondon I’m still holding out for a trip to the studios! Today is all about equality & empowerment so here’s a little celebration of the incredible actresses working today – I can’t wait to see future performances coming this year! I visited Hogwarts (Gloucester Cathedral) to stand where the wonderful Dame Maggie Smith stood as Professor McGonagall with all of her magical wit and bravado! Did you know that Maggie Smith was battling breast cancer during the filming of the later Potter films? But she powered through! Stating that “If there’s work to do I’ll do it”, she didn’t want to disappoint the fans. Such a stunning location to visit, much of Potter used cathedrals such as this one to achieve that magical authenticity of Hogwarts. • Here’s a selection of some other powerful women on our screens! I had lots to choose from – it’s always so lovely to look back and see where these travels have taken me, it’s even more wonderful to choose a certain few based around an important theme. This location popped up in the first trailer last year so it’s been ingrained in my mind to visit for some time now! Today is also the day that tickets go on sale so be ready to book yours at any @cineworld cinema – I’ll be getting mine with my #cineworldunlimited card! Really excited to see which direction they’ve decided to take this Bond in… • I remember some headlines back from last year when passers-by were treated to a spontaneous suited & booted Bond on the streets of Whitehall. Maketh. Man.” • Here stands the noblest of the Kingsman, Harry Hart! Welcome to Huntsman, the home of Kingsman and everything secret service-like in the heart of London. This tailor shop stands on Saville Row with a shining, golden plaque that reads, ‘Kingsman’ outside its door - proud to be a part of such a creative franchise. I love visiting this place as these films are so inventive and full of fun, it’s quite surreal to step through the symbolic set of the title. With the sequel exploring new territory over in America with the ‘Statesman’, I’m excited to see where the next film takes us. The outer of Huntsman was used in the films while the inside was not. However, the changing room inside the tailors pays homage to the film with some framed photos and memorabilia, it’s really quite beautiful! • Thank you to the @evening.standard for featuring this photo in an article about my photos. It was great to see it on there! If you’re fan of these films then this place is certainly worth a visit. Even if just for the outer photos it’s really wonderful, it’s become a landmark site for all Kingsman fans! Joaquin Phoenix took home the Oscar for Best Actor last night – it’s been 11 years since Heath Ledger was also crowned with this achievement for the same role. Ledger was awarded the Oscar posthumously in 2009, so this turn of events couldn’t feel more just; Phoenix has brought this journey full circle by picking up the award that Ledger so rightfully deserved to pick up himself 11 years ago. 2 Jokers standing tall, side-by-side. • I visited the ‘Joker steps’ in July of last year. I was so excited to see them for real! I only had one shot to go with though as only one short trailer had been released at that time. Now I’d love to go back with some more footage! Walking along West 49th St, where acting legends Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway also walked, was such a wonderful feeling. This street is where you’ll find the fictional headquarters for ‘Runway Magazine’. Here, the devil actually wore Prada. 1221 Avenue of the Americas is the building used in the film as the exterior and lobby of the offices. A lot has changed though, inside and out, so some sections are unrecognisable now. This is just around the corner from locations in ‘Home Alone 2’, ‘The Secret life of Walter Mitty’ and ‘The Office’ to name but a few. • This is the ending scene where Andrea has finally released herself from the poisonous clutches of Miranda Priestley. I love how this scene plays out because it shows the development of these really interesting characters and how much they’ve come since we first met them: Andrea no longer needs the validation from Miranda to be happy and her true-self. While Miranda, on a similar level, acknowledges how much she’s watched Andrea grow as a person and knows she had a large part in making this happen. They’ve both learned a lot from each other and this dynamic really makes this film interesting; two people from opposite ends of the business spectrum teaching each other important life lessons. • Who else adores this film? I have to say that this is in my top 10 films of all time… it’s just resonated with me so much over the last decade or so and watching it never gets old. We have the author of the book to thank for that, @laurenweisberger. The sassy script, the punchy messages, the cast! Groundbreaking. ???????? • After following ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ in New York City, the next step was to step through another penultimate moment during its finale; when Anne Hathaway escapes the devilish, fashion-obsessed hold that Meryl Streep has on her. I absolutely adore this scene as we watch Hathaway toss her mobile phone into the Fontaines de la Concorde, symbolically illustrating that she IS DONE with this workaholic lifestyle that has turned her into someone who she’s not. Just one of the (sassy) life-affirming messages that fill this wonderful delight of a film - thank you once again @laurenweisberger ???????????????? • This project changed so much and shed a light on many aspects of the fashion world. From the writer of the book, Lauren Weisberger, being a former assistant to Anna Wintour, to this being the first starring role for Anne Hathaway not in a children’s film – this then set her career on the path that we now love her for today! Life works in mysterious ways. It always killed the magic for me to find out that Streep never actually visited Paris for filming. Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango?” ???? ???? • On this day in 1975 the greatest song of all time was released… ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’! 44 years later and it is still possibly THE greatest song of all time while also being the most streamed song of the 20th century – Freddie Mercury would be proud! In honour of this I visited a scene from the 2018 film, @bohemianrhapsodymovie, and revelled in the birth place of this Oscar winning performance from Rami Malek. His transformation into Freddie Mercury is something to stare at in awe, he truly embodied the iconic stance of this musical legend with the utmost respect, power, and style. Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon, together with Freddie, created this unique sound that has lived on forever and the legacy is illustrated really wonderfully through all of their respective parts in the film. About the song, Brian May said, “We all interacted, we all contributed bits and pieces and argued as we always did, but it was Freddie’s baby and everyone respected that in the end.” • This pub in the film is The Rutland Arms (a short walk from Hammersmith tube station) in Hammersmith, London. It’s where the band have their first meeting with John Reid. It was such a beautiful place to visit with views across the Thames - a great sunset vantage point. The barman was really lovely too and was there while filming – they all came in and had a pint and he remembered serving Rami Malek! He also served Daniel Craig a few months back as they were filming the new Bond film, ‘No Time to Die’, around here. If there’s anybody out there… anybody… please. You are not alone.” • Stay safe everyone. I had this shot from when I was in New York City a while back. It seemed compellingly relevant to share it now. ‘I Am Legend’. A post-apocalyptic film set in New York City. Will Smith is the last human being alive after a virus, originally made to cure cancer, has wiped out most of mankind. While that sounds rather dark and ominous, this film is certainly a fictional piece of storytelling and actually speaks volumes about the feelings of life, loss, and most importantly… hope. We all need a little hope right now. Stay strong. Stay positive. And then look forward to when we can all hug again ???? • This was a tough film to make. The authorities needed a lot of convincing to shut down certain parts of New York – you can imagine how difficult it would have been. This specific scene has Grand Central in the background along with Park Avenue Viaduct (also the setting for The Avengers). This was during a zombie apocalypse. Be like Shaun. Be sensible. However, don’t take all of your friends to your local pub and ‘wait for all this to blow over’ as that didn’t go down very well at the Winchester ???? On a more serious note, maybe buy a little more than Shaun but just please be wise and considerate for everybody else living through the current situation ???????? It’s a perfect time to have a three flavours cornetto trilogy movie night (or day)! Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and of course finishing with a trip down memory lane with The World’s End. Perfection ???????????? • This film never gets old! I re-visited this scene from Shaun of the Dead to update the shots I already had. It takes place in North London on Nelson Road and is still very much the same as what you see on screen. I managed to capture a few more iconic moments and luckily the shop was still standing – I always think it might vanish the next time I trek all the way over there! I was going to buy you this and give it to you in Paris I–“ • Another scene from Spider-Man: Far From Home where Peter and MJ finally realise that young love exists… and that they both like each other! Aw. Soppy and wholesome. Thanks @tomholland2013 and @zendaya for bringing these characters to life! I took this during #carfreeday on @towerbridge. The joys of no automobiles. I appreciated the love story between these two in Far From Home. They have a real connection both on-screen and in reality. Another Spidey example of this is Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone… I’ll never forget their final moments together in that clock tower as that little webbed hand reaches out to save Peter’s one true love. Here’s to the future romances of the Spidey-verse! • As stated before, the entire bridge was reconstructed on a set – for obvious destructive reasons – although Zendaya and co did film parts on the bridge which only lasted a day.
